Our thoughtfully designed space features two sleeping lofts, each with a queen bed, perfect for couples, friends, or small families. Please note: both lofts are accessible by ladder-style stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen with all the essentials, a private bathroom with shower, and an open living area for relaxing or dining. Step outside to enjoy your private deck, grill, and peaceful views of the surrounding lands.

🔑 Important Details to Note Loft Access: Both queen beds are in lofts accessed by ladder-style stairs. Not ideal for guests with mobility limitations. Low Loft Ceilings: Loft ceilings are low—you may not be able stand up fully, but there’s room to sit comfortably. Outdoor Elements: Bugs and critters are part of nature—though we do regular pest control, you may see ants, spiders, or moths. Also, you’re in the woods—you may hear frogs, owls, and other sounds of nature (and maybe a rooster in the distance). Outdoor Space is Shared: While your tiny home has a tucked-away private area, the larger property (6 acres) may have occasional activity as we develop the land into a fruit forest and glamping retreat. Eco-Conscious: We try to use natural cleaning products and encourage mindful water and power usage.

I had an excellent stay at this tiny home. Everything was exactly as described and presented in the listing. Gostei demais do espaço do Jeff. Local bem próximo de High Springs e, também, bem próximo de algumas nascentes. Fomos para mergulhar nas cavernas e achei o lugar muito estratégico para o nosso perfil de viagem. Lugar muito bom. É um convite para se conectar à natureza. Muita paz e tranquilidade. Sem dúvida é um lugar para voltar com a família e para amigos.

Fiquei hospedado por quatro dias na tiny house do Jeff e a experiência foi excelente. A casa é charmosa, muito nova, bem conservada e impecavelmente limpa. A área externa é um destaque à parte, toda decorada com muito cuidado, com rede, churrasqueira e espreguiçadeiras que deixam o ambiente ainda mais acolhedor. O local é silencioso, tranquilo e passa uma sensação deliciosa de refúgio. Recomendo a todos os hóspedes que buscam conforto, privacidade e um lugar realmente agradável para descansar. Jeff foi um ótimo anfitrião e certamente voltaria a me hospedar ali.

Our stay was wonderful! It’s a quick 8 minute drive to Ginnie Springs which was really nice! It’s a quiet getaway surrounded by nature! Jeff was a great host! Super friendly, responsive, and available to help! Definitely recommend staying here!

This tiny home was the ideal stay for a getaway weekend. We arrived late at night and were still able to find it easily. Waking up to the birds chirping helped us relax into unplugging! We enjoyed the fire pit & star gazing!We also loved the very nearby POE & BLUE Springs. Perfect time of year ~ no crowds at all! We went into town and enjoyed some brewskis at @ High Springs Brewing Co. & watched some college football. A great weekend!
