This place is absolutely incredible. The dome has a view like nothing I’ve ever seen before. waking up and looking out is just unreal. Everything was spotless, super clean, and clearly very well taken care of. Jeff is honestly the best host I’ve ever had. super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. It’s 100% worth every penny. A truly unique experience that I’d recommend to anyone. Would definitely come back.

Jeff was a very friendly and proactive host who made our groups stay easy. His place has a great Gainesville ascetic that made our stay feel welcoming and congruent. Jeff's instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We will try and stay at Jeff's place during future visits.

We loved the large yard for our dogs - the trees were gorgeous - super relaxing space overall. Beds were cozy, and the bathroom had everything we needed. Great parking too!

We loved our 2 days stay at Jeff’s place. The location was close to UF and downtown, yet it was peaceful neighborhood. House was well furnished for our needs. Jeff was super responsive through out our stay. Will stay here again.

It was super nice to stay at the Tiny house! The location is perfect if you want to go to the Springs nearby and also very close to High Springs downtown. The place is very well equipped and there is lots of outdoor space. There is a peaceful vibe to it, definitely worth visiting! ✨

The overall property was well worth it. Peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for an outdoor adventure the springs are right up the road literally. High recommend and look forward to going back.

Jeff’s tiny gator house was a perfect little two night stop for us on a road trip. We were truly able to rest and recharge. Highly recommend! Loved seeing the stars while hearing cows moo. We were greeted by chickens when we arrived. We had fun at Poe Springs & Santa Fe Teaching Zoo with the kiddos.

If we could give Soluna 6 stars, we would. We forest bathed… before hitting the sauna… and finishing the night off with a camp fire and star gazing… we fit it all in… taking full advantage of the outdoors… before retiring for the night in the charming, thoughtfully curated, tiny cottage. Jeff really has created his own little Shangri-La. We will be back again.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa,cerca de el hay varios Springs. Pasamos dos noches con mi familia, mi bebé y nuestra perrita, y todo fue impecable. El lugar es exactamente como las fotos, súper limpio, acogedor y rodeado de naturaleza. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, siempre en contacto para asegurarse de que estuviéramos bien. Además, la zona es perfecta, con vistas al cielo entre los árboles ,la luna y las estrellas. También tienen un sauna súper bonito, tanto por dentro como por fuera, con regaderas y un ambiente relajante. Absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos estaba disponible: toallas, utensilios, y si no llevas leña para fogata ahí también la puedes conseguir por un buen precio y sin salir del lugar. Sin duda, lo recomendaría al 100%. ¡Cinco estrellas bien merecidas!
