I was having a procedure done at Shands and I needed a place close to the facility to recover, prior to driving all the way home. This was exactly what I needed. It was close to the hospital, cute, clean, quiet and comfortable. Jeff was very responsive and kind.

This home is beautifully curated and well maintained. We had everything we needed plus some added luxury with the beautiful decor and electric fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked with quality utensils and the outside space was enjoyable as well. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect and the home felt comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. You can really tell a lot of care went into making this a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Jeff’s place was super fun and super close to both ichetucknee and Ginnie springs. The outdoor shower and bathroom brought the glamping experience to life! It was so much fun and I would recommend and stay here again. Thanks Jeff!

The house is exactly as described. … very confortable and cozy. It’s close to downtown and UF campus areas. We had a great time during our stay, very nice backyard.

We had a wonderful stay at this tiny house in the woods! It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to unwind. The fire pit was a highlight and made for such cozy evenings. Inside, the space was warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It's also dog-friendly, and our furry child absolutely loved exploring the woods with plenty of space to roam. The host was very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway!

Wonderful work put together. We stayed at the Hemp House as a family—my wife, our 10-month-old son, and myself—and the way every part of the home has been built, thoughtfully and sustainably, is truly impressive. Nothing was skipped; there isn’t a single thing you’d wish for that this place is missing. Strongly recommended. P.S. Take some time with the chickens, step away from reality and reconnect with nature, or enjoy the freshly mounted outdoor sauna—it’s all part of the magic.

I'd definitely stay here again! It was a great price, Jeff was super friendly, and the space was exactly as he described it. This is such a cute spot in Gainesville too, with great coffee just a short walk away. I'd definitely want to stay here again for my next visit!

We stayed here for a week while visiting family. It was very homey and spacious! He had a variety of spices in the cabinet, which is always nice when visiting an Airbnb for cooking. The main bathroom was great with a wonderful shower. Jeff was quick to answer and respond to any messages. Definitely recommend this place for your stay!

Stayed at Jeff’s place while visiting my dad at Shands. Perfect for what I needed. Jeff was very responsive and friendly. The place is renovated and very cozy. The area is an older neighborhood in Gainesville, but it’s calm and very quiet at night. Had a very positive experience.
